Japan Post Rate for EMS

East Asia (China, Taiwan & Korea)

  • Rates: Approximately ¥1,450 - ¥3,400 (500g - 2kg)
  • Delivery Time: 3 - 5 days

    Asia (Central & Southeast)

    • Rates: Approximately ¥1,900 - ¥4,550 (500g - 2kg)
    • Delivery Time: 4 - 7 days

      North America (USA & Canada)

      • Rates: Approximately ¥3,900 - ¥7,900 (500g - 2kg)
      • Delivery Time: 8 - 12 days

        Europe

        • Rates: Approximately ¥3,150 - ¥6,700 (500g - 2kg)
        • Delivery Time: 6 - 12 days

          Oceania (Australia & New Zealand)

          • Rates: Approximately ¥3,200 - ¥6,700 (500g - 2kg)
          • Delivery Time: 5 - 10 days

            Middle East

            • Rates: Approximately ¥3,150 - ¥6,700 (500g - 2kg)
            • Delivery Time: 6 - 12 days

            4. Duties & Tax

            According to your country’s import regulations, please be aware that you may be charged a customs duty when you purchase. In such a case, we are not responsible for any costs inccurred by local customs regulations.

            The total purchase cost will be noted on the surface label of parcel.

            In some cases, the parcel may have been opened during customs inspections. We are not responsible for any loss, seizure, or damage inccurred during such legal inspection.


            5. Returns & Refunds

            In general, all sales on this site are final and we don’t accept returns or refunds. However, if your purchased item arrives with apparent damage or defect, we may send a replacement of the same item(s). In such a case, please send us photographic evidence and contact us within 1 month from the shipped date (from Japan). We shall not be responsible for refund or re-shipment in cases where parcel is returned due to recipient's absence.
